Dr. Ray Lyman
Assistant Director, Professor

Raphael J. Lyman grew up in the Tampa
Bay area of Florida. He received his B.S. degree in electrical
engineering from the University of Houston, Texas in 1983 the
M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of
Florida South Tampa, Florida in 1988, and the Ph.D. degree in
electrical engineering from the University of Florida, Gainesville,
in May 2000.
Dr. Lyman also has ten years of industrial experience
in the manufacture of electronic assemblies, especially in the
fields of quality and test.
Dr. Lyman is currently an assistant professor in the
Klipsch School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, New Mexico
State University, where he teaches courses in communication systems.
Dr. Lyman's research interests include satellite communications,
mobile radio, signal processing and estimation theory. |
